Using Your Trinket Dish Cutters - Tips & Guidelines

Here are a few tips to get the most out of your cutters:

Preparing Your Clay

Condition your clay thoroughly before cutting to ensure flexibility and prevent cracking.
Roll your clay to an even thickness using guides or a rolling pin to get consistent results.
Lightly dust your cutter with cornstarch to prevent sticking, especially if using softer clay like FIMO Soft.

Cutting & Shaping

Press the cutter firmly and evenly into the clay.
Gently wiggle before lifting to help release the shape cleanly.
Smooth edges with your fingers or a soft tool before baking.
For best results, bake your trinket dish on an oven-safe bowl or domed surface to give it its signature curved shape.

Aftercare

Clean your cutters with a soft brush and warm water. Do not expose them to high heat - not dishwasher safe.
Store flat and avoid bending or warping the shape.
